Refund policy

We only accept returns within 14 days from receiving the order.
Please note: items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned/exchanged. Sale and promotional items are excluded and remain subject to our regular return/exchange policy.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
There is no handling fee for returns/exchanges, but original shipping charges and possible duties and taxes associated with your order are not refundable. Return/exchange shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. See below for details.

We do not accept cancellations without reasonable reasons. We do not accept cancellation due to logistics factors, because international transportation is inherently an uncontrollable process, we hope you can understand.
In the case where you have paid but the package has not been sent, if you cancel the order, we can immediately refund you in full. If the package has already been sent, you need to process it in accordance with the above terms.
To return your item, please send an email to and we will provide you with a return address. Please go to your local post office (as this would be the least expensive option) to ship the package with regular mail and tracking service to the address provided to you.
Return Shipping Fee
The return shipping cost is covered by us if it has been proven to be provided in error by our company, including wrong items sent by us, quality problems and other reasons which accepted by our customer services team. Once we receive the items, we will offer compensation or resend a replacement.
If you ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. You are responsible for the shipping fee, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.


(1)If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us a photo of the item(s) at so we may verify the damage.We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you.
(2)If you received an incorrect item, please provide a photo of the item(s) incorrectly received. We recommend referring to your confirmation email to confirm that the item received does not match what was ordered.
(3)If you just don't like to return it, you can contact our customer service and they will provide you with the address

In case of a refund, your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

If you pay by PayPal, the refund will arrive immediately. If you use other payment methods, it depends on the arrival time of the bank card. Generally, it will arrive within 3-5 working days. If the refund does not reach you during this period account, please contact our customer service immediately

The following situations require the buyer to bear the logistics costs.
1. Filling in the wrong address when placing an order causes delivery failure.
2. Changing the delivery address during parcel transportation causes delivery failure.
3. The package has been delivered, but the package has not been received due to other reasons.
4. Due to the buyer's own reasons, the package delivery fails, and the seller no longer provides free shipping.
